Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is hiring for a full-time experienced Biller/Title Clerk to join our team. We are looking for someone who is diligent, detailed, with accounting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process title, tax & registration documentation for new & used vehicle sales & specializes in the Computer Vehicle Registration (CVR)
- Prepare checks for lien payoffs, vehicle inventory purchases, refunds & other vehicles transactions.
- Prepare & Process deals daily for contract submission to banks for timely funding & verify paperwork for accuracy.
- Floor plan payoffs daily
- Dealer Trade billing
- Maintains a list of all outstanding title work & reports to management.
- Manage & control dealer plate inventory.
- Reconcile accounts & schedules for accuracy.
- Perform various other accounting & business office duties.

- Strong attention to detail and must be able to multi-task.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines & willingness to take initiative.
- Excellent communication skillsÂ
- Dependable, positive & motivated to succeed.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (Alternating Saturdays)
