The year 2023 brings a new engine for the Jeep Compass as when you lift the hood; it will reveal a stark 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder capable of delivering a solid 200 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque. This engine pair with a smooth eight-speed automatic transmission which will give you an excellent ride for you and your passengers both on and off the road. Another new feature that the Compass has is that all trim levels come standard with an all-wheel-drive which will give you all the traction you will need during those bad weather days or if you are going to tackle the trails. There is nothing the Compass can't do, and nowhere it can't go!
Features for the 2023 Compass
Five highly impressive trims are available for the 2023 Compass, and each one is packed with all kinds of luxury, tech, and performance features. We start with the base trim Sport, which comes standard with 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, heated mirrors, roof rails, cloth upholstery, a six-speaker sound system, and a 10.1-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You also get an adjustable load floor. The Latitude adds to this with foglights and automatic high beams, synthetic leather upholstery inserts, a synthetic leather-wrapped steering wheel, and keyless ignition and entry. For luxury items, there is the Latitude Lux which has 18-inch wheels, a remote engine start, and an upgraded driver information display. But wait, there's more! The Latitude Lux also has a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel, a power driver's seat, and heated front seats. The Limited is also comprehensively equipped as it has a black-painted roof, automatic wipers, windshield wiper de-icer, dual-zone climate control, and parking sensors. Going off-road? Then you need to check out the Trailhawk, which has off-road-oriented tires, raised suspension, underbody skid plates, tow hooks, hill descent control, a unique AWD system, and premium cloth and leather seats with red stitching.
How the Compass Keeps you Safe
Every single trim level for the 2023 Jeep Compass has many safety features that will keep you and your loved ones safe no matter where you travel to and what terrain you take. Standard is a Forward Collision Mitigation system that warns you of an impending collision and can even apply the brakes in certain situations.
