2022 Wagoneer at Rochester Hills Dodge Chrysler Jeep

Rochester Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is delighted to reveal the lineup for the 2022 Wagoneer! Wagoneer was the first vehicle to offer both a four-wheel drive and an automatic transmission. The design team wanted to create a vehicle that offered four-wheel-drive capability and a luxury ride. This is where the Wagoneer came in. The Quadra-Trac suspension hit the market in 1973, providing the first full-time four-wheel-drive system. The 2022 Wagoneer has a modern yet classic concept, which achieved this through real wood trim and top-of-the-line technologies.

Is there real wood in the 2022 Wagoneer?

The Wagoneer name is known for its heritage and American craftsmanship, and the Wagoneer displays that throughout its interior. In addition, the 22 Wagoneer offers buyers genuine wood accents across the dash and throughout the entire vehicle. Wood was used for its both sophisticated and durable. The Wagoneer name is anonymous with firsts and best-in-class awards. The 2022 model is no different. It offers buyers best-in-class overall passenger volume, best-in-class third-row headroom and legroom, and best-in-class cargo volume behind the third row. The 22 Wagoneer will also debut the new Uconnect 5 system. This system works off an Android-based operating system that allows for over-the-air updates and speeds faster than any other.

Did the Wagoneer's frame get redesign?

The Wagoneer will come with an impressive 6.4-liter Hemi V8 to deliver 471 horsepower. The Wagoneer provides drivers with an astounding towing power of 10,000 lbs. Wagoneer's integrated trailer brakes and ParkView Rear Back-Up Camera with hitch zoom and lineup assist give a level of driver confidence like no other. With this towing capability and technologies, you can hook up to anything and haul it away, no questions asked. The engineers placed considerable attention on designing the all-new body-on-frame structure. This new structure uses high-strength steel to bolster vehicle performance, safety, reliability, and reduce overall weight. Lightweight, high-strength aluminum closures, including the hood, doors, and composite liftgate, helps reduce weight and boost fuel economy, resulting in a body structure that is both strong and lightweight, balanced yet functional.

How does the Wagoneer's Night Vision system work?

The Wagoneer was invented with safety at the forefront, with its stable internal construction and top-of-the-line driver-assist programs monitoring your ride. The cutting-edge Wagoneer systematically calculates driving conditions and adjusts, providing the safest ride possible. In addition, the Wagoneer is loaded with safety features such as Night Vision Camera with Pedestrian and Animal Detection, Intersection Collision Assist, Pedestrian and Cyclist Emergency Braking, and Drowsy Driver Detection. Night Vision with Pedestrian and Animal Detection works by using thermographic technology to augment the reach of the vehicle's headlamps. Infrared sensors search for the heat signatures of pedestrians or animals in the road ahead. Their positions are outlined in the instrument cluster directly in front of the driver when located.
